🕒 Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Important: Returns are only accepted if items are not as described. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing unless the item was misrepresented.


✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it

  • It must be unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide:

Please do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🔧 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (e.g., wrong item shipped)

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This right is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund
